How do I update my profile information?
To update your profile details (e.g., contact info, address, bank details), please reach out to Karbon Support with your request. Important Notes: Changes to legal entity name, registered address, or bank account details usually require supporting documentation. The exact documents needed will depend on: The type of change Your account profile (e.g., individual, company, partnership) Why we don’t list all document requirements upfront: Each change is reviewed individually by our internal teams. This ensures we only request documents that are genuinely required, avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth. Once we review your request, we’ll confirm exactly what’s needed so you can provide everything in one go.
Where can I find my bank/account details?
Your bank/account details are shared with you via email on the day your Karbon FX account is activated. If you can’t locate them: Search your inbox for the activation email from Karbon. If you still can’t find it, contact Karbon Support and request a resend. Important: Keep these details confidential and secure, they are required for receiving payments into your account. Do not share them publicly or with unverified parties.
